The Cultural Association Breezes of the Titicaca, was created like MUSICAL SET BREEZES OF the TITIKAKA the 04 of November of 1962. In his beginnings it congregated to a group of puneños residents united by the interest to develop and to show altiplánica music.

This interest and the great receptivity on the part of the Limean public, not only by music but by the dances and the art puneño in general, was the impulse that needed for the creation of the cultural center that quickly would become the diffusing Cultural Association of the more important traditional art of the country.

The Cultural Association Breezes of the Titicaca fulfills the established conditions of security in the Normatividad de Seguridad in Civil defense.
